What we collect

The answers you give in the eligibility check, your name, phone number, email address and postcode, and technical information about how you reached this site, including any campaign tracking codes in the web address.

We save your answers as you go so that we do not have to ask you twice if you come back.

Why we hold it and who sees it

We use your details to contact you about your enquiry. With your permission, we pass them to Harwood Rylance Legal LLP, SRA number 612394, who may act for you. We do not sell your details to anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for six years, which reflects the period in which questions about an enquiry may still arise. Partial enquiries that never become a case are deleted after twelve months.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at our registered office. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
